you put on most foods. My hubby likes things a little hotter. So there is a bottle of Tabasco in the fridge for when the mood strikes him. Ii like a BBQ seasoning that is sold here locally. It is called FAT PATS. I usually put it on chicken and in pasta. Sometimes I even sprinkle it on veggies. What about you?

I love chipotle. I have a dried chipotle seasoning that I love to put in chili and tacos and even just over chicken. Before that my favorite was a combination of chili powder, cumin, coriander and garlic. I love hot and spicy food and would eat it every night if my family would approve.

I'm a fan of Jack Stack's All Purpose KC rub. It really is good on almost anything. I've had it on everything from steak to string beans and each time the food has come out really tasty. The only trouble is that I don't live near any of the places that sell the stuff, so I would have to order more online. I just checked and you can only order the rub in combination with other things in gift packs. Oh well, perhaps I should tyr some other things instead now.

I like to use garlic pepper I buy it premixed. I use it in alot of stuff I make. I love Sweet and Sassy Tabasco sauce and I used it on everything I ate for 2 months. I haven't bought any in a few months though.. haven't heard of Fat Pat's seasoning before.

Yes, I have a favorite spice. It is called 'Everglades Seasoning". It is made in Florida. hence the name Everglades. But can be found to order online. As they have a website. they also offer alot more product than I realized. Thsi seasoning I like is one I can tolerate and doesn't make me sick.

BBQ of any sort seems to be very sweet. I like it, of course, but I do wonder if it makes eating the meat closer to eating a snicker's bar or something.

Yes. Peppers or pepper juice. I love my food hot and spicy also. I also like to use hot sauce also. I always have to have my food with a little bit of hot flavor to it.

I have some Fat Pat's season salt, but I have not tried the BBQ one. I use a lot of garlic powder and oregano in my foods. My son puts Lawry's Season salt on everything, even popcorn. My favorite spice smell is CLOVES. I love that smell.

The one I like best is called SPIKE. It is a bunch of different spices mixed together. Makes everything taste better. It should be a staple in any kitchen.

One of my favorite spices is turmeric. It adds color and flavor, and it has been shown to be beneficial to one's health. I use it in quite a few dishes.

I really enjoy the taste of chipotle sauce, I've even sampled chipotle tabasco. I would use that on a lot of vegetables and meat if I had it available - so i must look for that someday. What we do have is this asian chili garlic stuff. I put it in soups for a spice when I can, and other times, I mix it with soy sauce and dips vegetables or meat into it. Gotta love a bit of spice.
