Have you receive responses to your discussions ?

The few days of 'dead line' has seen the 'no responses' box filled to the brim. Are you not going to fish them out from the cold storage? Since mylot has come back to life it is our duty to clear this area by responding to all the discussions which have been parked in the no responses box so that all discussions will get exposure otherwise without responses they will remain hidden in the 'no responses' section of mylot until someone initiate to get them out from there. Do some justice to those discussions that have not received any responses which are no fault of theirs. They are worthy to be read and responded. How many discussions have you posted during mylot downtime that have no responses yet?

HI ZANDI, I didn't post but one & saw what was going on. Don't know why people would keep on posting knowing it was doing no good.

Like the rest who are not aware of the long breakdown in mylot system, I posted two discussions believing that it was only a one two hours of normal glitch in mylot.

Hi dear! I did not post or rather could not post a new discussion during the past few days, when there were some glitches. I agree with you that we should support those posts which have zero responses. If I can relate to those posts, I'll surely respond, I have noted your suggestions in the right earnest.

As veteran mylotters, we should set good example by helping those who did not find responses to their discussions.

Zandi ! This idea struck me in the morning today and I did try initiating some discussions with 0 responses but I could not respond to them.Probably, after the glitch has been rectified, this may work.In fact i myself had started one long back about the inabiility to respond here /

Mylot has just returned to the screen and hopefully it won't experience breakdown in their system again. I had 2 discussions made during the downtime. I thought it was not a major breakdown that took two solid days of inactivity here.

I have been working on the "no response" section off and on today to help those who have some discussions from the past five days that need responding too. I really hope that this will help everyone and mylot as well. One mylotter at one time initiated a discussion for us all to clear out the no response tab so as to make it virtually impossible to keep a discussion in that tab. That is to say, constantly respond in that tab. I, myself, have one discussion that hasn't gotten any responses. It's about magic, I started it the other day and would love for someone to respond to it, though I'm sure they will. After all, the more I get cleared away from the "no responses" the more likely my discussion - and others will be noticed.

Exactly, we need someone to start the ball rolling by responding to discussions in the no responses box so that they will be visible to other mylotters. Once they are fished out from that place, am sure many will follow suit to give their responses. Hopefully your non responded post will be seen as right now they are tons of discussions piling up there.

My husband fished it out for me (he's a mylotter too!) so my discussions have been viewed. I need to get back to responding to the no response category. I've got goals for this month since it's so close to Christmas, plus I want to save. Lol, so if I want to get to where I want to be on this site, I'll definitely need to work hard. Plus, throwing in filling out applications, studying, and cleaning! Phew! lol!

LOL...were you not aware of what is happening here lately? Mylot gave us all a break for two days. What ever is posted still remains in mylot record so there is no need to re-post them. Just hope someone will response to them and they get to see the light outside otherwise they remain frozen in the cold room of 'no responses'

Nope I haven't received any answers to my discussions yet but I heard they're working on making them available soon. I think I opened three discussions before realizing that MyLot was having issues and that my account was still active. I then opened another one today to see If the website was working again. I'll have to check the no response discussions though :)

We have been taken off guard and only realized that mylot is experiencing some teething problems at their end when no one responded to our discussions. I have two discussions posted during that time of which one has got a reply yesterday. I hope all our efforts do not go to waste and hopefully the discussions will not stay too long in the no responses column.

Yeah, it's kinda alarming when that happened. Would you believe that I almost freaked out. Just thought that no one was really ever interested in my discussions. Guess I was a little bit paranoid LOL.. Anyway, I am on the process of responding to discussions with no responses. I know I would get a LOT... Mine included already. Good thing that mylot's bug is already fixed right not.

When this place is in good running condition, all discussions will be responded as we have our friends to do us a favor. It is rare that we experience long inactivity in mylot. Hopefully everything is in good order now and we can continue mylotting again.

I think you have been MIA for quite a while so you didn't experience mylot went kaput leaving many mylotters in suspense as admin did not send alert to inform of the sudden non availability of the site. Up till now I don't know what went wrong with mylot but I suspect that they were doing some upgrading.

Really? Upgrades? Hmm... I must pay more attention when I am posting. Cos after my leave of absence, I never really noticed much changes to the layout or the functionalities of mylot. 8p

I am going to try to get to as many ‘no responses’ discussions as I can. I didn’t post any new ones for the last couple of weeks because I had my daughter home for school holidays and because I wanted quality time with her, all I’ve been doing is responding and have not had much time for much else. You are right it would certainly be worthwhile to dig out the topics that have been ‘stuck’ during the glitch period and attend to them. I will do my best.

I am also gearing towards that column so we will be able to have more topics to discuss. Since of late mylotters have not been posting many discussions, maybe the glitch have set them to 'slow' mood.

The present scenario in mylot is not encouraging. My notifications seem to be sleeping though I have every friends notifications set to 'ON'. I hope the temporary mylot glitch did not dilute the spirit of mylotting.

I have noticed things have slowed down a bit around here. A lot of people may be taking a break after the problems we've had or, as you said, may just be on 'slow mode'. Hope all returns to normal soon!

Hooray! We're back in business! When I saw earlier that we were back to normal, I tried to reply to a couple of discussions that I wasn't able to do over the weekend. I still wasn't able to. I guess I have to go back and check, because there were quite a few good ones. Thanks for the thumbs up Zandi!

As a regular in mylot, the partial shut down of mylot has dented a little bit of my fun in the net. The two days of not seeing activities in mylot is quite upsetting. So to all those who claimed to be mylot addict must have suffered greater blow.

After I made this comment I went to the tab for no responses to see how many of the people on my friends list still had a discussion there. I was very gratified to see that me or someone else had finally rescued all of them. Sadly though my little discussion is still sitting there. If there was some way I could un post it I would because the topic is definitely not relative now. Oh well, it is not that beg a deal. I will just have to put this in my list of firsts. My first discussion with 0 responses.

hi mr. whistle shibam, i do the same too. i responded on to new users and no responses. i want to encourage them by giving attention to their responses. although since they are new, lots of their topics are already posted in previous discussions so there's a great risk of being deleted and that's what usually happened to me. losing some points but its okay i can make up for it. what is important is i let them feel they belong to the mylot family. i can't imagine the feeling of not receiving any response from your discussions.

I am so thankful that all my discussions received responses and posts. I may have have that much responses but i am happy that my mylot friends find time to view and post their comments on mu discussion. You know what, every time I start a discussion that is my fear...NOT RECEIVING ANY RESPONSE AT ALL. That's why i try my best to check on the No Response folder and respond on some of it. I know the feeling. Let's help other Mylot friends received responses and feel what we feel every time we received responses from our own discussions.

No responses to discussions is demoralizing. To cure that zero response disease, we need to response to as many discussions as possible to create goodwill among mylotters. They will come to respond to our discussions when it is our turn. It is some sort of karma. What ever you give out you will receive.

Hi zandi. I have 1 that I posted during this downtime. It sucks that so many discussions were started this past weekend that didn't get noticed. It doesn't help that email notifications were offline as well. So, how do we get these discussions noticed? I guess, the best way would be to go to our friends pages and look for any in there. Happy mylotting!

You are doing the right thing by responding to as many discussions as possible to get your presence felt in mylot. As a newbie it is always good to respond to as many discussions as possible to create goodwill with the rest of mylotters. That is where others can see and feel the presence of a newbie and they will in turn support your discussions.
