I am getting those messages too. Not surprised as I have been in MEM on discussions which were bound to go - but it would be more appropriate if we knew which ones they are. It's a welcome start though!

I can't play the games. That's not myLot's fault though. Gambling sites are not allowed here in Italy

I only just now noticed the games....they do have other games though that aren't gambling types so maybe you can play them????

All the games are on the same site - WorldWinner.com - and that site is blocked in Italy due to gambling laws here

None of them are accessible.

It sounds to me that the mylot Staff aren't sending automated messages as if they were automated you would think it'd say which discussion, and which comment as many people make many comments on a single discussion. I'm trying to update my profile and can't, as well as there was a fluke (not sure if there still is) with the new friend's sorting. The older friends were being showed as newer and vice versa. I also asked Alice a question but she has yet to respond, I think she must be using an email client to get all of the responses as well because she flip flops around on the discussion she started about the changes.

I changed my friends list to list them alphabetically now so I can actually find them all. It is great! Alice is popping all over the place and it is nice to see an Admin present....finallly. It makes a huge difference with the spirit of the place, don't you think?

I am still getting them now it give the title of the Discussion but so far none of the titles ring a bell. At least they are trying and I think somewhere I read that the discussions quoted goes back about 3 weeks. I can't remember what I answered three weeks ago.

i've noticed the drop down list expands briefly when you first sign in mylot..well,in firefox anyway.kind of annoying til it settles itself. i'd gotten a couple of the delete things too.at least i can be sure something's missing tho.sometimes i look at the number and go "did it go down?"

yea,me too.not so much crashing,but some of my plugins won't work if i upgrade.

it's been pretty stable for me,compared to IE..but i guess it depends on a lot of variables.

I keep getting a pop-up here to tell me to upgrade my Firefox--I've heard so many horror stories from others who have like their computer crashing all the time, so think I'll skip the upgrading part

as you my dear as I have no clue as to which comment let alone discussion it was from. I do enjoy the fact that when you respond to a comment that has another comment on it,like when your friends respond to their friends,you see the whole comment not just the original posters. I also enjoy the new smilies.

Oh my yes I have had to have two tabs open so I make sure I point out everything I wanted to or how to spell a name correctly so this feature for me is an awesome one. And the smilies are good too

I got the same deletion message, and I wondered the same thing. I decided that since I had to get up at 4:30 a.m. to take Bill to surgery my brain was too foggy and I may had responded in my sleep!

I do like the addition of the smilies...hopefully they'll let us use a few more of them. Seems like every time that something is changed or improved you have bugs and glitches. As it has been said, if it ain't broke don't fix it.

well I think the delete notifications are cool (even though I havent personally gotten one yet) I havent had "hiccups" lately but I guess one would have to be here to get stuff deleted huh? LOL

I like all the changes as sit is a very good improvement. It is good to see mylot is keeping up with things, and thqat iw what makes them such a great site, and I am gload I am a part of it. I feel that changes are good, especially these changes. there are a lot of different changes, and I am so pleased with them. I won't mention about the notifications, just to say, I knwo it will all be worked out. There have been plenty of disucssions today on the notifications, and I am sure htere will be moe, and I hope they aren't all deleted as they are all about the same. I have had 3 of them, and nto worried about them at all. Mylot is up on things, so in time we will aknow why there were deleted. good luck to you and hapy mylotting.

So far no hiccups here but then I haven't been on mylot for a while either. I did get the notices tho and I am hoping all goes very well. WE will all see and let's all be patient as they had a lot of work to do in a short length of time. God bless us all !!

Apparently my yogurt discussion starter was in violation because it was poling/game type question. When they delete your discussion starter, that entire thing comes up. But not the response ones. So one discussion starter down. But the answers don't say what or which or why. I had 6 of those. So basically, half of what I did yesterday was for nothing as far as money goes and all those things I wrote are gone-whatever they were. I think 6 is a lot. So I'm not sure which 1/2 was deleted. It's interesting that the yogurt one was deleted because I worded exactly the same way as one of the ones in the daily top except that it was about yogurt instead of something else.

GoAskAlice has a discussion up for any problems you are having. I got ride on and haven't had any problems or hiccups. Things going smoothly here. I hope the problems you are having work themselves out for you. I really like the changes too and hope we all enjoy them down the road.

I’m so glad you posted this Pye because I have received the same messages and could not work out which responses I had lost. I received about five but unless I am mistaken my tally has not gone down. It would be nice to know which post has been deleted. I can also see that Alice is on to it so hopefully it will be rectified. I haven’t had any other problems so far, mind you I haven’t sent any PMs or anything as yet and I haven’t checked out the games yet either!
