Now what?

@mysdianait It can be useful to have a small reserve like this for emergency, but rather depressing when you have to use it and begin again.

Until just over a year ago all of my online earnings were sitting in Paypal too but then there came that horrid time when I had been without a job for three years and had no more offline money I had been saving them for a trip to US and they were all in dollars too. Now Iam starting again and this time round I sincerely hope that I will never touch them excpet for that trip!

I have never bought from abroad as I thought the postage would be sky high

That is how I thought the first time I was paid all those years ago and then I ended up with almost enough for a round trip to US. Sadly I had to use them for offline stuff before I got to book the ticket. An ocean is made up of little drops and payments all add up eventually

@mysdianait scottish saying many mickles make a muckle bu I will be darned if I know what a mickle and a muckle are but I assume many little gits of money add up to a big amount lol

@mysdianait I already spent all my last 4 months payments on Christmas gifts so this is now a new start of saving up

I have been back for three weeks but only now am I here daily and that trip is still only a dream. Life got in the way and I had to use all that I had saved so I am starting again and will get there this time for sure!

I am not sure who she is on here either She was never very active but she might be if I tell her she can talk about US politics and get paid for it here Now I am 'free' I could stay for up to six months. I certainly hope that I will be able to meet several of my online friends in US while I am there and for those reasons it is ore likely to be the year after next. Once funds start building up again I can start planning and getting excited too. I daren't do either just yet just in case... Yes I guess a lot of people were surprised this time too

@UR_Forever_Raja The plan is the same one that I have had since I first started earning something online almost ten years ago. A tripto visit my sister in US. I already had enough but had to use them for offline stuff when I was out of work. Now I will start saving and planning again

Or rats king, I am still languishing near 6 dollars, and will not be around for a while. :( Hopefully I can earn 10 dollars by end of the month. lol

It was fun watching it add up n Paypal in the past. Now I hopw that trend will start all over again really soon

@purplealabaster My bank account pays no interest and the way things are here, it might disappear from one day to the next. At least in Paypal it will still be there!

@mysdianait @GardenGerty I try to transfer it from Paypal to my bank account on a fairly regular basis, because it gathers interest in my bank account but not in Paypal.

@sishy7 Yeah, I was pretty accurate. In fact, if it wasn't for you and a few other people "liking" and responding back to my stuff pretty regularly, I suspect that it might have even taken me until February for my first payment. @mysdianait I am not sure how "well done" it was, since it took me four months to earn enough for my first payment.

You're nearly spot on with your prediction... You're only a couple of weeks early... Good job!

It definately will be once I eventually make it I am sure but it won't be just yet. Thank you!

Oh I have not added mine yet either but I have a month to fix that

You're doing so well on here... I came back the first week of August and only managed one payment. And look at that activity rating - you started out with zero while I got some forwarded from old myLot, yet you are now nearly double what I have... Well done!

Yes I love it too that nothing is lost if we don't make it. That makes it bigger tnext time too Thanjk you but my trip won't be just yet so I have a while to get some savings in the pot again

I don't start many posts either but I hop about on responses and have a lot of fun and I see that all adds up too
