I'm Old Not Dead

I was thinking about my last job the other day. I worked for a grocery store in the bakery department. Everyone who worked in the bake shop were women. I was the baker for many years working tough hours. I worked 3 am to 9 am. My kids were toddlers then and it was tough going for many years. I finally quit that job as my boss was a nut job. Anyway I can remember this one particular customer who would come in every single week day for a roll and some deli meat for his lunch. And those of us who were working waited impatiently for him to show himself. I would say he was in his late 30's or early 40's and worked for the phone company. He was ok looking but the reason we all waited to see him every day was because he always wore tight jeans and work boots. He would walk past the bake shop to the deli right next to us. We would all hang over the counter to watch him walk lol. After he would get his deli the ladies in deli would do the same hanging over the counter to watch him walk away. I'm not sure he knew he was putting on a show for us but I'm thinking if he didn't know he was either blind or clueless. Now a man in a nice suit is nice but for me a guy in tight jeans and work boots tops the list. When I tell that story my hubby laughs and my sons get grossed out. Heck I'm old not dead.
