skivvy my company rise our salary at the end of year annually, you get a chance to talk about your salary with your supervisor, if he could not meet your request, you can choose to leave,or to compromise. :)

skivvy :) You missunderstand what i say, i mean it'a company uncares about how employee's feeling, lacks of regualtions on this aspect. An unmatured company could not promise you prosperous futre.
