myLot Code, myLot Flyers and Notification Management

well, we (old users) have waited a long time
for some of the above changes ! finally they
have come when many of old users are inactive here !

Isn't it wonderful? Now all I have to do is get familiar with the flyers, but I've never been good with referrals, so I'm not going to worry to much about flyers, but I think it may bring more people here to enoy the sight.

The emoticons and the bold, italic, and the underline is great,

Because now when I cut and paste text from something else, I can make italicized so it stands out..

there are some updates to the mail features that I am not thrilled with here, but I think as with all updateds we will become accustomed to them, and either loe them or love to hate them.

But I"m glad to see that mylot is trying ot make this the most rocking social sight on the net.

I know it's really wonderful and it makes me excited about it. Now we can play around with the text and even add emoticons to make our to show our emotions.
My referrals don't seem to believe they can earn online. They just don't have enough patience. So I don't really care so much about flyers like you do. The email, I have filtered it in my gmail inbox so they don't really bother me at all.

I got lost trying the codes. Let me try this once more here.:)

it should be the closing for your bold text to take effect and not the [b/].

Bob, click mylot code on the side of the comment box to insert them.
Or you can use [em] and [backslash em in brackets]. Use the emoticon name you want in the code. "Happy" for example.

Example.
(em)happy(/em) Replace the () with []

It is actually rather simple. you click{B}{I} or{U} or and combination of those and then enter your text between. Say you want to bold the word Wow You click the [B} and then type WOW between the the two{B} and that is the part that will be bolded so it will look like WOW.

The bold, italics, and underlines are all really simple to use. Just click on myLot code and select which one you want to use, then type the text you want emphasized in between the bracketed b, i, or u's. You can also type them manually, like the last commenter said, but the last tag needs to be{/b} and not{b} or everything you type after that will probably be bold, too. The slash tells the web browser that the text formatting stops there.  ;-)

Now if only I had enough posts to actually be able to use the darn codes...:-(

Another way that works is to highlight the part that you wish to be bolded, italicized, or underlined

As for clicking on the discussion in the In Box and being able to read everyones responses before responding...I am longing for this as well!

Yeah that same thing happened to me. Also now, my homepage is all messed up. The two columns are side by side like they should. I have to scroll all the way down to the end of the page to find the other column. It almost looks like the column widths have been increased so they won't fit side by side anymore. But the funny thing is I didn't do anything to my homepage. I was on here a little bit ago and everything was fine and then when I just came back on now. It's all messed up.

My home page went like that one day last week. I just ignored it and the next time I went on it was back to normal.

When I clicked on the alert all I got was a white page. I had to go searching for the actual discussion too. I just typed Crash into the search bar and then clicked on his/her icon to get here.

Same here. I only was able to get to this discussion through a friends profile. It seems to be like one of the email glitches that so many were talking about yesterday.
