Tuna pasta either with mayonaisse and sweetcorn or with a tin of chopped tomatoes and chopped peppers, thats really quick and easy to make!

Hi happythoughts how about tuna salad with chopped tomatoes and celery and assorted greens and some good ranch dressing? or spaghetti and tuna or tuna loaf or tuna croquets. tune into www cooks.com and ask for tuna recipes. they have neverlet me done yet as they always have a ton of different recipes for whatever you are looking for.I was just thinking of having tuna and noodles for supper tonight.

I've done pasta salad and thrown some tuna in it before. It's pretty good.

I like it with the little shell shaped variety especially.

How about tuna patties? I don't see why you couldn't do tuna the same as canned salmon. Mix with an egg, some cracker crumbs, salt, pepper, etc, shape into patties and throw it in the fry pan.

You can make chowder with it by cooking some onions and potatoes, then adding tuna, milk, salt and pepper. Or make tuna pot pie, or fried tuna sandwiches. Make regular tuna salad sandwiches, then cut them in half and dip them in beaten egg and fry in a hot skillet. Drain well.

But you don't need to eat it all up at the same time, do you? It will keep!

I will make a chowder, like a clam chowder and put in tuna fish and peas instead of clams.

when I was a kid in a Catholic town, our lunchroom would serve tacos made with tuna fish or pizza with tuna fish. They were better than they sound.

I make macaroni and cheese with tuna and peas. If frozen peas are used cook them with the macaroni othrwise canned peas can be added along with the tuna. I just make the macaroni and cheese like I normally make it and add tuna and peas at the end. All my neices and my daughter love it.

Chicken of the Caesar Wraps
Ingredients
1/3 cup creamy Caesar salad dressing
12 oz. Chicken of the Sea® Solid White Albacore Tuna in Spring Water
1/2 cup Caesar salad croutons
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 flour tortillas (9 to 10 inches)
4 cups romaine, torn into bite-size pieces

Directions
Toss romaine with dressing to coat. Add tuna, croutons and Parmesan cheese; toss to combine. Spoon salad mixture onto each tortilla near one edge. Roll up tortillas beginning with edge nearest salad. Seal end with a small dollop of additional Caesar dressing. Cut tortillas in half to serve.

Bean and Tuna Salad
Ingredients
16 oz. can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
2 ribs celery
1 shallot
3 Tablespoon balsamic vinaigrette
6 oz. Chicken of the Sea® Solid White Albacore Tuna in Spring Water

Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine beans and tuna, stirring lightly to break up tuna. Slice celery and shallot and add to bowl, stirring to combine. Drizzle on vinaigrette and season to taste with freshly ground black pepper. Serve over lettuce.

Here's a cool recipe ... Cherry tomatoes stuffed with a tuna mixture, for a pretty and tasty appetizer.

Tuna Tomato Bites

INGREDIENTS:
1 can (7 ounces) tuna
1 small package (3 ounces) cream cheese, at room temperature
1 ripe mashed avocado
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco or similar pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 pints cherry tomatoes

PREPARATION:
Drain and flake tuna. Cream together cheese and mashed avocado. Add lemon juice, chili powder, salt, pepper sauce, Worcestershire, and tuna. Refrigerate to chill thoroughly. Wash cherry tomatoes and hollow out centers.

Turn upside-down and drain well on paper towels. Fill each tomato center with a heaping teaspoonful of tuna and cream cheese mixture
Makes about 40 to 48 appetizers. Keep in refrigerator until serving time.
