French toast, how do you like it.

I like my French Toast with plenty of Cinnamon, A dash of Nutmeg, Egg, A few little bits of bacon and sugar. I also love to put an all-natural Maple syrup, that tastes like a fresh summer day, even in the winter. I also like french toast with just an egg cooked into it if I am in a hurry, or if I am not all that hungry.

thanks alot. Now I'm hungry again.:) I like mine dipped in egg. Cooked and then pour about a tablespoon of powdered sugar. Then put the Maple syrup. That sounds so good right now.

I make french toast with milk,egg,cinnamon,and a drop of vanilla extract.and fry it in the pan with butter.

I like mine with milk eggs,cinnamon,nutmeg and a bit of almond oil. It taste soo good that way with a bit of syrup on it too.

I usually mix a little water in the egg that I dip the bread in. Then when its done i don't want any thing on it but a lot of real butter. I know butter is not supposed to be good for you but it can't hurt once in a while. I might put some cinnamon or nutmeg for the kids but I like mine plain as you can see.

That sounds pretty good actually. I geneerally use just nutmeg in my basic french toast batter. I would like to learn how to make creme brulee french toast. There is a site called Mr. Breakfast.com that has all sorts of unusual breakfast recipies.

I only use eggs with a little milk to mix in them. I don't like french toast sweet, so I don't put sugar or syrup on it. I eat it just the way it comes from the skillet.

I dip my bread in egg, milk, and vanilla extract and then cook it in a pan with real butter. I like to sprinkle powdered sugar on top when it is done and some fresh made strawberry syrup.
