I turned on the Tap in bed last night.  | |  That's what my father called it when I started to cry as a child. He's say, "Cynthie's turned on the tap again".
Well I turned on the tap in bed last night when I realised that it was the last night that I would be cuddling my grand twins to sleep.When they fell asleep I could hardly stop kissing them.
Their Mommy comes tomorrow from Dubai and so she will take over this time with them. She is taking them back to Dubai and they will be leaving the Island on August 8 th to go to the U.K. for a week and then on to Dubai. My son is going to help settle them in as they will be started kindergarten at the school where their mother's is teaching.
They have been with me for 16 months and it has been such a joy. But it is time for me to now step back and it is going to be so hard to do so. Little kids should be with their Mommy but I will miss them so very much. Has anything like this ever happened to you?

I know this must be very painful and your right about them having to be with their mommies. I have two kids of my own and theyr'e growing up so fast and at times i will think of them leaving home and I start to cry...so I know what you are feeling. I would suggest taking lots of pics before they leave so that you have wonderful memories. I hope they visit you soon or you get to visit them soon.

The transition to thier Mommy is in full swing as when they come to me for a decision I send them to their Mommy and she makes the decision. We have talked this out and both agrtee that it is all about them not us - and especially not me! | |
