Good for you i am glad you said what you did more people ought to say things back to people that are rude to us. what their back ground or their family is not important to me any more then my neighbor that works at a sewing factory.

That is so dang funny. good for you for telling her that. People are so dang rude these days. I would have handled it just like you did no matter who she was. I am so sick of people thinking they are better than everyone else just because someone they know or themselves have a rank. Who cares???

Good for you. Kind of reminds me of when my mom would have me call someone and want me to tell them who my mother was. "Tell them your mother is Mrs. So and so and that she said..." Like they knew or cared who she was.

I think you reacted like any person would have. Big deal, so she is a daughter of a top politician, what is that supposed to do with the fact that she doesn't respect other people? Her raising? She's a human being just like you and should have been nice to you as you were to her. I believe who ever anybody is, treat others the way you want to be treated. It doesn't matter to me if you are rich, poor, or famous, if you are nice to me, I'll be nice to you.

I wouldn't care if she was the daughter of the president. She has no right to speak to anyone that way. I'm in my early 20's and I know better than to talk to anyone that way. Most parents don't teach kids manners and especially if the parents are in the public eye that makes the child even more spoiled and they can literally get away with anything that they want, which I think is completely wrong.

Well to be honest I think that no matter their status in the world, whether it be a daughter of a rich actor, rock star, or politician, no one should be rude, and no one deserves to receive such rudeness and have to put with it. What you did was right, repercussion aside, if there indeed are any, you did the right thing. Maybe that's all this girl needs, someone to put her in her place. The member of your government may not always be in control and may step down or be impeached, and then when that happens she wouldn't have the parent's influence to get her out of trouble, if she ever does get into any.
