If You Love A Song Do You Play It Over and Over Again?  

Hi Wolfie, I have a cd in the car which has some of my favourite songs on for when I'm driving along and I have one of them which comes on after about every 3 songs as I never tire of hearing it; Eric Clapton's 'You Look wonderful tonight'. Think it's the greatest hits of Madonna which is in the car and I love 'Papa Don't Preach' but am out of date with anything more modern than that from Madonna.

You know for my birthday once my brothers bought me Vienna by Ultravox on a single and I played it and played it because I loved it so much. I played it so much that the paper around the hole in the middle had become brown and very very warm!! These days I am enjoying listening to La Roux and Bulletproof, love that one. I hear it so much on the radio that I don't need to download it and play it over and over.

It seems Wolfie, that everyone runs away from me with my music..I hardly get to listen unless no one is around which is very infrequent..no matter how much they say the like the same as me ..I don't know, know what I mean?
I do play a song over and over sometimes, if I am attatched to it..I often sing as well and that really gets them running away from me LOL..I was just singing some Mariah as a matter of fact and goodbye..everyone gets up to leave To heck with everyone else, play your music my friend..have fun and be happy xoox

i do, i play it until i get sick of it and never want to hear it again! lol! its not any particular singer these days, it usually goes by song. i usually go on youtube and watch/listen.

yES i do play the song over and over again especially those which remainds of a love long lost. I am such a romantic so I tend to reminisce a lot and a good way of reminiscing things is by listening to your theme song or your favorite song.

I can't think of one particular song...but I love classical music, the three tenors, Josh Grobain, anyone who can sing in that level of music. I could listen to them all day, and I can get very emotional listening to them....and I certainly will play their CD's over and over, and over, until I finally get sick of them.

I do tend to play songs I love over and over again. And just now there are a few which this applies to. Poker Face, Lady Gaga, I love the verse where she speaks about her glue, and Hot and Cold, Katy Perry, I can almost hear her at the "your up and your down" bit wishing it was me. Agnes, Release Me, its a bit more upbeat than the Engelbert Humperdink version first released when I was a lad, a tiny wee lad.
I also play quite a lot of Bob Dylan over and over and over and over, but Yvonne doesnt mind because she likes a bit of Bob as well. Its weird, he has done all these great songs, classics, and the one I play over and over the most is a cover version of Joni Mitchell Big Yellow Taxi.
Yvonne likes Madonna, and she plays Like a Virgin over and over, and its really great. Trust me on that.
Oh, another track that I play quite often these days is When Love Takes Over, Kelly Rowland is so so so sexy, and when I am in a melancholy state I close my eyes, and become part of the video,
And who could blame me!!!

yes of course, do you know i like to play guitar very much...so when i listen to my favourite song (Avenged Sevenfold) and i see my guitar i always want to play it..
if i bored when i always in front of my computer, i always play Avenged Sevenfold's songs im my Jet Audio..

I am also a Madonna fan, but am not real familiar with her recent things. She is a talented woman and even more important, she is a smart woman and has made a great life for herself in the business. I have a song that I love to play over and over, though, and that is Amazed by Lone Star. It was a "song" of a guy and I, but I like the song, regardless. I'm usually alone when I am playing it over and over, so no complaints. Don't think you would want ME dancing with you, but hope you have fun with it!! LOL
