I am saying that because it was not passed before he died and that was something that he was really working on and wanted to see happen before he died.

Amen to that! And what really burns me up is those people that were talking bad about him when he was alive are now talking nice about him.Jerks!

That always happens. When you go to a funeral you never hear people say bad things about the deceased. Look at Michel Jackson. He had to leave the country to get any peace. If I remember right they were about to impeach Kennedy but after he died they made half dollars with his image on it.

Michael had to leave the country,that is sad for his kids and family. Yeah,they made half dollar coins after Kennedy.

Night before last the news reporters were doing a street interview of the americans.They were asking people what they thought of the health care reform bill.And this guy was in his early 20's and he said he did not like it because he was healthy and didn't think that his taxes should pay for other people's medical expenses because they are not healthy.Well,I guess he make's more than $250,000 a year,because that who's taxes got raised to pay for this health care reform.And God forbid,this young man should get sick or be in an accident where he cannot work any longer,therefore looses his private health care.So,he won't be so healthy anymore and can't go get medical help because he didn't want the health care reform to go thru.

Yeah they announced it about 3:00 AM (EST).And it has been on the tv and internet all day.He died late last night.It is kind of strange that it was only a week or so ago that his sister died.

I wonder if things are going to happen in threes with his family? If it has to do with age who would be next?

Yes,it is sad for that family because his sister also died just about a week ago,or so.And cancer is tragic.Both,my grandfather and husband died of cancer.It is not pleasant at all.My father also died of cancer.

To think with my own mind and make my own decisions is disrespectful? To do what one person wants over an entire nation is better?
I'm trying to raise donations to help my autistic daughter pay for an education and have her own business. I don't expect people to feel shame for not donating, because they have the right to give or not give. You see, I live in a country where it's all right to disagree with the other person and do what I believe is the right thing to do. I hope I never live in a country where I'm shamed into doing something I am against, but you're more than welcome to live there.

I have great respect for all the Kennedys. Of course they aren't perfect, but they have earned respect.

Yes,that whole family has earned respect and it would be a shame that he was only known for dying before his dream was forfilled because he did do a great amount to help people.And no they were not perfect,but you have to remember that they were are are human as we are as God made us to be,unlike His Son.

You can't always get what you want in life. Even if you are a Kennedy.
