Man people hide behind their computers,trolls and such . I just don't understand it,why be cruel and rude to get a point across to people? I know what you went threw and i am sorry you did. I should have warned you before hand but I thought it was just me it was happening too.
But this is not the only site I see this kind of thing on. I see it at other sites I use,some for money and some just because I enjoy the site itself. I am not sure if these people are like this in real life and maybe on the net is the only place they can vent or what? But even venting isn't the same as being rude to someone for no reason.

It's pretty amazing, huh? I appreciate what you did, and it was very sweet. They are probably like that in real life, and act surprised wondering why they have no friends. With friends like that, you definitely don't need enemas

@geminikid - you are right, it is easy to hide behind a screen persona and be rude and obnoxious when you wouldn't dream of it in real life. Some people are like that in real life too though!

rude people are very unhappy with their lives..they are so bitter about soo many things and they take out their frustrations on other people....


i feel sorry for them...i know one personally and I feel sorry for him..but when he starts on his 'acts' again..i feel more annoyed than sorry.

You mean SUPERDUD lmao. He is one of a kind that one. But anyhow I know what you mean. But how do you politely tell someone they are rude if for instance they are not your friend on the site? And if you tell them what if they don't care?

If they're not your friend, you can either tell them publicly or not at all, I guess. And if they don't care (which often happens), I guess I don't care to know them...

Yeah, I hadn't thought about the "all in caps" typing. That is rather obnoxious. I did tell somebody one time that "all caps" was yelling, because she was really nice and I didn't want people to be offended by her. She apologized but said that she had problems with her eyes, and it was easier for her to read things in all caps. She said that she wished everybody would type like that. Most of the time, though, people just type like that to be annoying.

There are people who do that because of eye problems, so you can't just assume they are being rude. This guy didn't have an eye problem and knew it was considered rude and did it anyway. But it really wasn't the caps so much as the things he were saying that put people off.

He probably used the all caps just to annoy people, as he sounds like the type that would do anything just to be obnoxious.

I always get your humor . But yes I don't get it either. The people I am talking about are more then ones that are just downright rude,and everyone notices it. I know we all have lives that can drive us nuts,every site everywhere. but why push that upon others who didn't do anything to you,ya know what I mean?

I do know what you mean. I think that some people are so miserable in their own lives that they want other people to be just as miserable as they are. I would much rather joke around and have someone lift my spirits or help someone else feel better, than bring everyone else down with me. It is much better when everyone is sharing laughter than when they are sharing misery, but I guess that other people just don't see things that way.

I agree with you purple. I love to "stalk" I mean joke around with my fellow friends here on mylot compared to making someone miserable.

You are right there is no rule. I guess i will have to keep that in mind.
I often don't agree with someone but I try my best to respect others opinions and try not to be rude about it. Even if I feel very strongly.

Well some people are easily hurt. I will admit I am often a very touchy person. So that is why it bothers me so bad. I get what you are saying though.

I never thought of the people who don't write English well. I am sure sometimes it may look like to others you are being rude when you have no intent to do so. I try my best to fully read and understand everything I read. Which is not always easy for me. But if I mistake them or can not read it I usually ask what they meant before i jump to conclusions.

Yes many have suggested to just ignore. I try to be nice to everyone on here,and answer every response when my time permits me to do so. But if I just ignore it I might come off rude,then again I am sure others would notice the rudeness and understand.
Yes they have no voice other than online,and they choose to abusive people online because of their own issues. It is sad but very very true.

My mother used to tell me no one liked a tattle tale. So I can understand what you mean. And yes the moderator is completely capable to handle these kinds of people. I just know that if I was coming off rude or something I would want to know and remedy the issue. But it does seem like these people don't care at all.

This is the same way I am. I do my best to be polite and nice when it comes to different views about things. I do think it would be in my best interest to ignore and avoid further contact with anyone who is being rude. I will do my best in the future to remember that.
