Are you afraid to talk to strangers?

No im not really afraid to talk to strangers. Sometimes they can also help you whenever you have problems along the way like asking directions. But of course, it is important to distinguish between a dangerous stranger, and a helpful one.

I'm not afraid to talk to strangers either.
You need to keep this in mind that the stranger you are about to approach has no pre notion about you.He does not know who you are.So its always safe to talk to a stranger than people you know.
You can about anyhow with this stranger. A known person would start comparing your now approach with the previous ones.But a stranger is making a whole NEW image of yours in his mind.
If the association with the stranger turns out to be good, then it is hunky dory but if not, who cares. He was just a stranger whom you are not going to meet again!
So its quite okay.
Don't be scared to talk to strangers.
Always challenge yourself and go ahead talk to people, they won't consume or kill you=)
You need to be very calm, patient and apprehensive before going up to a stranger.

It depends. If I am in the place where I am not familiar, I would be afraid to talk to strangers. During nighttime, I do not talk to strangers. In paces where I think I am more secured, I would talk to anybody.

I am very shy and afraid to talk to strangers.Sometimes I don't know how to communicate with other people.I even have some very bad experience.

Now I am having a little clothes store which I could meet more people.I hope that I could improve my communication skills very soon.

for the most part talking to strangers doesnt phase me really....in fact i'm usually fairly friendly..but there ahve been times when I've come upon someone that I didnt knwo who gave me an uncomfortable feeling...in cases like htat I just keep walking..

let don't become afraid by only your unpleasant experience. Still many stranger outside there not behave like 'the drunk' one above.

No, I don't. I don't feel it special to talk to anyone. No matter someone is from a higher social background, or low ranks, men or women, old or new. You know, everything depends on the particular situation. If someone is asking the way, or inquiring about certain information about local tourism, restaurant recommendation, I feel ease to tell them frankly.

It can not be a horrible things to talk to strangers!

I am not afraid to talk to strangers when it is refers to a passagers passed by.If i met the things you have melt maybe i will feel afraid of it because i thind a drunk man is quite dangerous.There are so many liers in the society and we must try to protect ourselves well.But the good person is whatever in a large number.Maybe next time you can first try to talk with a kind look stranger on the road to exersise yourself and after that you will find it's ok to talk with pepole you are not familiar with.

I'm afraid of talking to strangers before,but now I'm not afraid of it at all.
I have tried to be a salesperson,a waiter,after several months' practice,I have enough courage to talk to strangers.
Don't care about your bad experience,forget it,you can surpass yourself.
