Have you ever been rude here in mylot?

hi laydee I don't think I have ever been rude here, not
intentionally anyway. I have not had any rude responses
since I have been back on mylot except for one woman, and she overstepped her bounds, brought me to tears, and mylot admins deleted her responses.I did not ask them to do this so evidently they felt she had done something really wrong. but other than that all the people who have responded to my discussions have been very kind and very sweet too.

This is something that I try to avoid a lot. Not only being rude but carefully wording my responses that they will not be misread as rude. Interacting in a multi-cultural forum is not an easy one and responses can easily be misinterpreted given the limitations of language on one hand and cultural colors on the other.

Nevertheless, I do get responses which strike me as rude as if the person never really read the topic well and jumped into conclusions right then and there. In a case like this, I was almost tempted to answer back but decided to just hold myself for there is nothing I can do anyway to change the person's character.

People will always take offense no matter how careful we are.

Only when I thought people were spamming or fishing for certain things other than, I don't think I have.

I won't deny it...I've gotten fired up under different discussions and yes gone overboard a bit. When I am wrong and I often am...I am quick to appologize. Other times I just really don't care. As for you...I've been in a lot of your discussions and I have yet to see you being rude. Sometimes some people mistake blatant honest truths for rudeness i think. I don't know. You are not a rude person so I wouldn't worry about it. probably just a misunderstanding would be my guess.

I don't believe I have been rude but I believe a couple of people thought I was. I have strongly disagreed with people and I have had one person be extremely rude and personal to me.

I will stand up for something I believe in on here, and stand my ground on a topic I feel strongly about but I try to be careful never to be personal. Unfortunately some people will take you as rude simply because you disagree with them.

No.I have never been rude here.If a person is trying to rude with me I just ignore and try to mind my other business here.It is not worth trying to stoop down to the level of some people who don't know the real meaning of a forum and act accordingly.

Not sure but perhaps at some point, I made a comment that someone finds rude without my knowledge. So yeah, maybe I've been but trying not to.

Oh, no I do not do that. I wouldn't insult people who have different thought with me. If they have different perspective with me, so what. Being rude to them would only make them rude to me. It will only create problems. I am here for fun and friends, not for fight and enemies. And so far, there are no members who are being rude to me and I am glad because of that:)

I've never been rude here in mylot or in any forums/discussions I've been with. If I somehow disagree with what someone said, I would just leave it as that. Anyway, everybody has their own opinions and they have the freedom to express themselves. However, if it happens that they are the one who is rude to me, I tend to just ignore them or say something to defend myself but in a nicer way.

Being rude... ahem ahem... i have never been rude to anybody, that never means i don't give my honest opinions, being rude is being stubborn, arrogant and not listening to others at all, rude responses i have not received any as well, neither can i be to someone else, when disagreeing with someone there is always a polite way of doing it, being straightforward with it some people take it wrongly and i think they might be taking you as a rude person when there is nothing like that actually, sometimes others don't understand this because they don't know you personally, they way we post things and responses we have them thinking sometimes ... anyways, have a nice day!
