should mothers stay at home and not work?

if i will choose, i will stay with my kidz like what im doing right now, im just a plain house wife with the kids2 home but i think we should have careers too so that we will not get old at home.

yes,when your kid need to look after,you are the best one fit for it.we usually need more than three years to take care them.we need work when they grow up.it's a best way not to lose ourself.when we work we feel more confident and independence.

Well with the kind of life today, it would be hard if the mother would stay at home. It is very hard to earn for a living and relying on the husband alone will not be enough. Especially when you have lots of kid.

Well, I think its better if mom can stay at home and take care of their children.
Even I know nowadays women don't like to stay at home all the time but if they can spend most of their days with their children and husband then I think its very good for family.
If you ask other person to take care of your children than you take care them by yourself.
I think there are much different here.
The influence from mom and babysitter are different.

If financially affordable, and in a culture with respect for non-work mothers, it is better for women to stay home at least when the children are young. Actually, they work equally hard at home, to take care of the house chores and children breading. They may go back to work if they wish when children are on the right way for growth.

At this present time, i think it would be better that moms also do their share in a job. My sister is a full-time mom, and i honestly see it as a let-down for her husband to expect her full attention on the kids. If a kid gets an accident, the guy would blame the wife for being careless and inattentive to the children. If a kid gets a low grade, the husband would blame the wife and say, "then what the hell do you do all day!?" It is almost the same as saying, "you are good at nothing at all!" This is the reason why i think that moms stay out as well. But i do see some husbands appreciating it when their wives stay at home regardless of the outcome on the kids.

I this period of economic crisis, couples are obliged to work together as partners in earning for a living. Especially if you have kids to send to school you need to work hard to provide for their basic needs and their education.

As a mom, how i wish i'll just stay home (a domesticate mom) and watch over the kids but this is not what the situation calls for. I am proud to be a working mom and i am doing my best to make up for them-- and give my husband and kids quality time in every opportunity that i have.

Usually, wife often do the houseworks while their husbands work hard all day outside the home, which is the common situation in most family. If mothers should go out for work, it may be unequal for our mothers. At the same time, if there are kids need to look after in moe family, mothers will have no sny attention to other things.

If they are financially well of it is the best thing for the mother to be at home with the kids but nowadays this is only a fantasy. There are several mothers who handle both the responsibilities efficiently.

Well, a mother does not necessarily have to stay at home to take care of her children. My own mother is a working mom and she balances her work life and personal life very efficiently. Gone are the days when men would bring home the bread. There are so many single moms these days that that attitude just doesn't make sense anymore. There are a multitude of women who earn much higher than their male counterparts. I don't see why the woman is expected to stay at home, why can't the father do the same? After a certain age children don't really need their parents around all the time. Day cares and schools are more than enough. For the initial period when they do need a mothers care, women do get a maternal leave.
