May you have a very uneventful trip and may Gissi be a little more patient for you. You have 2 most precious lives in your hands on this trip, don't you dare take any chances with the weather and just come back safe to me, to US all!

Hi gabs. I hope you have an uneventful trip home and the weather doesn't get in the way.

My girls are complete opposites when it comes to riding in the car. My little gal, Lilly, LOVES riding in the car but Penny hates it. I have this, uh, "doggie seat", kind of a booster seat for dogs, that I put in the front passenger seat. It allows my tiny gals to see out the window. Before I bought it, they'd have to sit on the seat and have nothing to look at but the dashboard, me, and the door. How dull! Now, in their booster seat, they can look out the window. If I didn't put them in this seat, Penny would be constantly trying to climb in my lap because she's such a ninny about riding in a car.

I hope Gissi is better about riding in a car than Penny! Three hours in a car with a whiney dog is no fun! LOL

Wow, Gabs, hasn't that gone damn quick? It only seems like five minutes ago you were telling us you were off and that you had arrived safely! Where does time go? Well I for one am pleased to have you coming back, only because I am selfish in that I have missed going out to play with Gissi and getting up to mischief with him, but obviously I have missed you too! I wish you a safe journey and look forward to hearing that you have got home safely, I understand if it's too cold for Gissi to come out to play today, but I am in fine spirits and unusually happy for this time of the year. Mind you I haven't set up any new years resolutions for myself, I did last year and I came down with a big bang, I had failed. So I am taking it one day at a time, at least I am happy that it's cold, you know me and the damn heat LOL! See you soon sweetie and drive safe xxxx

hi gabs hope everything works out fine during that trip for you and Gissi. I bet you two will both be glad when you are home again.
It has been snowing here too that means I got to walk to the station tomorrow in the snow thats not fun at all but I will manage. After all its only 25 minutes to walk I will survive that.

3 hours is not very long but you'll be a little tired driving in the snow. better that gissi stayed together with you ! so be careful and have a safe trip.
