Where is the best place in the world to snow ski and why?

I believe it is Colorado in US. High peaks, great powder and a long season. You also get various terrain including steep slopes, trees, bowls and about anything you can think of.

io tried it once.first of all i live in a sub tropical zone.so had to go north to try and ski.fell down a lot on my behind which by the way became quite sore! anyway i did do the begginers...
