Waking up in pain.

Everyday I wake up in pain. My elbows, my knees, my ankles. I am not sure why. I was told a few months ago that I have arthritis in my big toes. I wonder if that is what is causing my pain in the morning.

Help swollen ankles

So I am now 9 months pregnant and I was fine when it came to the swelling but since the heat hit, my poor ankles are suffering. I have been drinking lots of water and taking extra fiber and vitamin c but still it does not help....
