I am so happy, I lost a pound from last week!
I still weigh a half pound more than I did at the dr's office on April 3rd, but I was up by 1.5 pounds last week and I got rid of 1 pound! YEAH :)

I know to be on a diet, you must count the calories you eat. Well that is hard to do unless you have something to help with that.
