Today, while doing the laundry, I learned that it is definitely dryer sheet season. I learned it the hard way, through a particularly electrifying experience.
What did you learn today?

We have used unscented dryer sheets for a long time now due to Anne's sensitivity to scented things. I never liked the flowery scents they used much anyway.
But there is a bit of alarm around now about various studies showing...

I just visited my son and his wife in North Carolina and we were getting dressed to go to dinner and a button came off of my grandson’s shirt sleeve. My daughter-in-law showed us a quick way to reattach the button without getting...

I read a post by Jessa Lyn where she asked for suggestions on how to stretch a budget. I don't have all the answers, but I do have a few that I would like to share with you.
* Dryer Sheets - If you can't live without them, at...

I LOVE the smell of snuggle dryer sheets. They have such a strong smell, and so I know that it will transfer onto the clothes. It just makes me feel, comfy, if that makes any sense.
Do you have a favorite brand of dryer sheets...

A long time ago I had received a sample of Snuggle liquid fabric softener. I loved the smell of the clothes after washing the clothes in this fabric softener. So I started buying this fabric softener on a regular basis. I got lazy...

I needed some dryer sheets and I had always bought Kroger's brand because they worked very well and were cheap. Well, now they've replaced their brand with "Everyday Living" crap that leaves my clothes full of static! I have to...

I normally use dryer sheets when drying my clothes. I prefer liquid fabric softner, but it just seem like dryer sheets are more handy. I think the liquid gives your clothing a more "fresh" smell to them. Which do you use, dryer...

]I was reading about ways to save energy and the enviroment. One girl said that you could use these dryer balls. You put them in your wash and they bounce around. Apparantly you don't need to use fabric softener and they decrease...

I love when my laundry smells fresh and clean. Sometimes though it just comes out smelling baked. We can’t hang clothes out to dry outside so they have to be dried in the dryer. I use dryer sheets most of the time b/c I can never...

I know there are many, many uses for the dryer sheets before they are used, but now my mind is racing to find ways to use them after they are used and flimsy and soft! I have used them to stuff craft projects in my Wednesday Night...

I'm doing laundry and was wondering if it makes a difference if I put the dryer sheet on top of the clothes or on the bottom. Depending on the size of the load I use two and will put one on the top and one in the middle.
Do you...

This tip is gleaned from the knowledge of a handyman:
Dryer sheets, like Bounce, cause a film over the lint trap of your dryer. you can't see the film, but it's there. This has the potential of even causing the dryer to catch...

I am doing my sheets today and I was wondering how many of you use liquid softener or a dryer sheet or both. I use both. For some reason, the liquid softener just doesn't reduce the static cling like it should. So which do you...
