I am retired, so I sleep any time I get tired and often fall asleep in my recliner in front of the TV. At night I use a CPAP machine to control sleep apnea and wake up after a few hours, so daytime naps are a common...

Do you know that your sleeping position says something about your personality? Well, at least that's one study says so...
But if you would try to look at it, and somehow look if it the meaning behind your sleeping position does...

Hi everyone :) I was curious, since for many years now, and I'm not sure why, but I prefer to sleep on the right side of the bed--that would be if you are standing at the foot of it.
Do you also have a...

My son is almost 1 year old and is terrible at going to bed for both naps and at bedtime. He can be so tired that he can hardly stand, but he will fight us trying to put him to bed. Once he finally gives in, he needs to be rocked...

I know I don't! I work night shift and am up with my son during the day, so there are a lot of days that I only sleep for a total of four hours, often broken up into two smaller naps. I used to think I needed at least eight to...

I usually start out on my right side, then switch to my left side, then on to my stomach, and lastly my back.
I guess I move around some much is because my husband does not have sleeping etiquette.

I'm a true night owl but I'm also lucky enough to work from home and can go back to bed after getting the kids off to school. I pretty much live on my own schedule right now so it's easy for me to be a night owl. On average I go...

I wonder about this often. Usually I think that my internal body clock is off.
I work at home, and sometimes wake at 5am, and can't sleep until I've tried to stay up - and then I'm sleepy again!
I usually go to sleep at around...

My friend told me that what time of the day you were born at determines whether you'll be nocturnal or a day-lover. I wonder if this is true? I was born at midnight, and am definitely a night owl. She was born at 9:00 AM and she...

I've found that sometimes taking a short nap in the afternoon revives me enough to make it well into the night with enough energy to pull me through! Okay, maybe I'm just getting old! lol
How many take quick "power naps" to...

I hear people singing the praises of napping and "the power nap." Some say they can be refreshed and raring to go after just ten minutes. I can't nap... not one bit. If I try, I wake up in a LOUSY mood and I'm almost guaranteed...
