As some of you may have seen; my husband lost his job Thursday. He is eligible for unemployment benefits. I looked up info on them in my state. Holy cow they only give you 60% of your base pay!!!!!

I don't know if anyone else has suggested this, I certainly haven't seen it if they have. There is obviously a lot of opposition in the US to government bailouts of major corporations, and I usually chime in with the sad facts...
