Job crossroads

This system or process of outsourcing has started in the 80's where we saw companies subcontracting people in order to save on operating costs. This also means that permanent job is non-existent and companies/capitalists can have the option of either terminating your job or renewing your contract. There's no more job security and with the economy, people will tend to grab any job in order to survive. So my other question is, would you settle for these conditions if this is going to be how big companies operate? What do you think of companies operating this way?
