I like to buy my wrapping paper after Christmas when it's on sale. I have a tote that I keep it in to keep it safe all year.
I like to have a lot of color under the tree.. so I try very hard to use a variety of wrapping paper...

I don't usually go shopping the day after Christmas, but I did, because it was necessary. My son was going out so I rode with him. He had a Game Stop gift card and wanted to get some video games. When we pulled into the parking...

As you can see all the presents are wrapped and under the tree. No worries now if anyone shows up unexpectedly. And I still have wrapping paper left. I used what I had from last year.
I usually code the presents so I don't...

I had ordered some on-sale Christmas wrapping paper and matching labels from a Current catalog.
Today I got a letter from Current saying that the paper that I ordered was no longer in stock, and they didn't want to send me the...

Some are trying to be more frugal in the new year and here are some ideas on way to use up the bits of wrapping paper you might have around:
1.Use colorful paper for tray liners for your coffee table or buffet.
2. Decoupage made...

As a matter of fact I just wrapped some gifts. First I had to pick up some cheap wrapping paper at the Dollar General before I could start. The gifts are for...

This last Mother's Day, my stepdaughter gave me some gifts without wrapping paper or a gift bag. All those in my hand, kindly like "I don't care". I know that the intention should be more important than the gift but for me this...

This may seem like a rant, but this year, our family was the recipient of a government agency who supplied us with plenty of gifts - and wrapping paper - for our children. On top of it all, my children's itinarent teacher (for a...

Do you like to use a lot of different colors of wrapping paper for your gifts.. or do you use 1 color paper until it's gone?
I like to use many different kinds of wrapping paper. I really don't like to wrap more than 1 gift per...

I guess you could say most people I know are very laxed on wrapping things. If they wrap it, it's because it's in a small box. I dunno, I'm the sass who goes to the dollar store and buys a gift bag and tosses the items in there...

My mother's side of the family is Danish, and my father's side had a bit of Scottish in it, plus one of our relatives once lived in a little town called Scotland, here in North America.
I found some beautiful red wrapping...

My daughter wanted some pink Hannah Montana Christmas wrapping paper this year and since I have a son too, I didn't want to just have pink wrapping paper under the Christmas tree, that wouldn't be right. So I bought the Hannah...

Christmas is just about 3 weeks away... how time flies!
You know, when we get gifts from friends, they normally come wrapped. Well, every gift should be wrapped where possible to add that personal touch and "mystery". :P

I have a few ideas to wrap gifts, but need more ideas.
This is what I know. Use store bought wrapping paper, the comics from the newspaper, a fancy bag, or home made paper that you printed or sketched on.
