BarBaraPrz Well, both Willie and Fred did their duty and didn't see their shadows. Poor Sam, of course, was snowed in by blizzard conditions, so technically, she didn't see her shadow, either.

BarBaraPrz Probably the same reason I didn't think of slipping a popsicle stick behind the plate of the inner door that wouldn't stay shut. Of course, I'm not in the habit of closing that door, just when I was having the back door replaced last week.
