Actually quite the opposite. I drink a 2 litre pepsi zero daily. But that day I had ran out and didn't want to go get more so it was just water that day. I went and got a pepsi yesterday and dang if I didn't sleep so good!

I mean it was weird. I usually drink a 2 litre Pepsi Zero daily but that day I had ran out of pepsi and didn't feel like going after one so I just drank water. I would think that no caffeine for that day that I would sleep better but nope, didn't happen....
