What food do you never get tired of...

Our gig went fine yesterday. We had a good crowd and made close to $100 each, which is decent for "local musicians."
But that's not related to how I set a personal record.
The record: I came the closest I have ever come to...

Yes the sweetcorn was tinned …..I don’t do ‘real’ sweetcorn on the cob.
There wasn’t much meat in the...

Well …..what do you know …..
I went to a large branch of Tesco this morning and what...

After 30 years, Alice Springs, in central Australia, has just hosted its last Beanie Festival. Almost 8,000 hand-made beanies were on show and all bar a handful sold bringing in $400,000, 30% of which will be used to fund creative...

Bob's creatinine is not getting any better, really, but it is also not getting worse. The hospitalist says "kidney injury takes a long time to heal".
Bob's hemoglobin is coming up.
His O2 sats are good.
The infection is gone...

Every month I look back to the previous month to say farewell to the musicians who passed away. Most of these people never got the coverage of a Michael Jackson or Prince, but that doesn't mean their music was inconsequential....

I have naturally curly hair, and this humidity makes my hair frizz something awful. It took me awhile to find something to keep my curls from looking like I have a cotton ball on my head.
What does your current weather do to...

The rain started at 5:30 in the afternoon.
Big, heavy drops of rain.
But before that, it was so very hot and extremely humid that we were like in the middle of summer heat, it's suffocating. No wind, no clouds, just sun and heat....
