DE @ElicBxn You should look up statistics about drinking diet sodas. They cause weight gain and have been implicated in causing diabetes.

DE @ElicBxn I don't use artificial sweeteners. I don't like them. My daughter drinks diet colas and I keep telling her she'll become diabetic from doing that but she won't listen to me.

DE @ElicBxn My blood sugar levels still register at the pre-diabetic level. Once, it was higher and so they claim I'm diabetic. I ignore the doctor on that score. I think it's silly the way they keep rattling the same tired scare stories.

DE I have two meds that are refrigerated. One is a shot and the other a liquid dose. Both are once a week and are for Diabetes. Pretty brings them both to me on Wednesdays. I drink one and she gives me the shot for the other.

Jim Bauer I do a lot of baked chicken, especially in the colder months of winter. You really don't need to do much with it. Just a light seasoning and bake. The chicken already has so much flavor.
