LavonTB From what I have heard/read about 7 it seems like it will be an amazing upgrade from Vista. It doesn't eat your RAM like Vista. Hopefully Vista will become the Cousin of the family that no one ever talks about again.... Ever....

LavonTB Defragging should help a lot since what it does is moves things that are saved to different places to a more closer, easier to open and run space. Using something like Spybot to scan your computer wouldn't help.

LavonTB Since the purpose of advancing technology is to make life better and easier. We generally became more lazy from this and we complain about doing the old mundane version of what we are already used to.
