marguicha My body gets older by the second but my inner self doesn´t. I just wish I had better knees, better fingers, better eyes. But I don´t feel that I need to be cheered up. Most of the days my glass is half full and not half empty.

Courage7 I am sorry to hear of sleep apnea and tinnitus as well. Yes, my sleeping pattern has changed with age. I am unable to sleep now peacefully due to stress and some health issues. I used to sleep 8 hrs straight no waking but now I am lucky to get 4 hrs straight.
