DE Gargle with some salt water and try to get some more rest. Take some aspirin or some other pain reliever... I hope you feel better quickly.

DE I'd be worried the tarps would block the breezes trying to blow through... I've done dishes twice so far today, cleaned counters and the stove. I did take a good nap earlier. And then swept the kitchen floor... I'm getting hungry and it's time for lunch......
