loveoutloud I'd recommend either flipping your mattress or getting a new one. My boyfriend and I suffered from the same problem and we recently bought a nice, soft mattress and now both of us are no longer sore in the middle of the night.

does anyone have a problem swolling pills? My 14 year old son just can't swollow them. He will gag and almost throw up. When I evn mention him having to swollow a pill he get's upset and would rather be sick than to do it.

loveoutloud I used to. I was more scared of choking than of the actual pill though. When you can do is put it in his drink and it would disinigrate a little bit or even manage to break it down into little pieces.

loveoutloud Oh definitely! Ever read Poe's The Tell-Tale Heart? It's one of my favorite pieces, basically the killer's guilt gets to him so much that he confesses to a murder that he wasn't even suspected of in the first place.
