~Satan Attacked Us At Church Last Night!~

It is insane to me how Satan can even attack while at God's house! Before we got to church last night a coworker of my husband's and my husband's nephew showed up at church. They told our pastor not to help our family because we were using the church and that my husband makes plenty of money. That's news to my husband and I because last I checked $400 a week is not "plenty"of money! I'm really glad pastor knows us and knows we would never use anyone for any reason. Once again shows how his family is...I cannot stand those people!! My husband's family will never stop trying to cause trouble-ever. Pastor prayed with my husband's nephew and his little buddy, and told them what help they give to others is no one's business but the church and Gods business. I'm not going to let this bring us down either though. We have been blessed and we are so grateful for it. We can't wait until were on our feet again so we can pay it all forward. My husband's family needs all of our prayers y'all. To find Jesus and find better things to do with their time other than cause trouble with people.

It sounds like there is some jealousy in his family. Don't let it bring you down, it is, like your pastor said, not their business.

@juliaacv Oh they are jealous and hateful people. I'm trying to just give it to God and not let it get to me too much. I have enough going on in my life.

God does not like liars and slanderers. Your pastor gave them the right response. I would stay away of these hateful people if I was your husband.

@Topffer My husband has nothing to do with them. Unfortunately he has to work with one of them but he doesn't speak to his family anymore at all.

There will always be a battle and on every blessing, a counter attack It sounds like your Pastor handled things wisely. This is going to sound strange, but I hage learned this. Praise God for even this bad situation. Praise is a formidable weapon, a chain breaker. Once you do thid, the power of the enemy is broken.

@jackalyn Yeah that's true. We were definitely attacked but Pastor handled it perfectly. It doesn't sound strange at all, I understand what your saying. We also prayed for our attackers.

Say what? Your pastor is good to let you guys in the church. Prayers sent for sure. By the way, you're missing apostrophe for words like husband's and nephew's.

@kristenh Yeah our pastor is wonderful and he handled this situation the way God would want him too. I fixed the words, I typed from my phone and it didn't do it automatically like it usually does for some reason.

We are often told to offer to pray with those who are trying to destroy us. Your pastor had the right answer and approach. That had to come from God.

Wow i'm so sorry that happened to you. But glad your pastor knows you and that you would not use anyone. 400 dollars a week is not alot that is right including bills and groceries etc.

@Blondie2222 You can tell the ones that said it are kids because no one else would think $400 per week is a lot of money for a family of 6 to live on!

For some reason the family of your husband is jealous to see your beautiful family so happy. The pastor did the right thing, I hope they will stop badmouthing.

It is none of anyone's business, especially a nasty, jealous family's business. How awful for you and your hubby. And all this time I thought you were giving birth! So sorry.

Some people just like causing trouble for others and get their kick out off seeing others miserable...Seriously they are miserable themselves...have no life of their own......God sees all....He will deal with them too....
