They both looked extremely happy. At least when my stepdaughter wasn't looking very nervous. She is a very shy person. Always has been. It was a beautiful ceremony in a lovely setting. And the weather was perfect.

Heather Echola I think since I have been married to Bob we have owned more cars than in all my years before that. I was forty-five when we married. I probably could not tell you what all we have had. When I was expecting my daughter I had a Pacer (AMC?) the color of the car...

It's 9:14 by my computer clock, and I need to get to bed.
Tomorrow's Sonday, and I will go to church in the morning, then come home and rest up for whatever goofiness/coo-coo banana-ness/craziness comes up this week. I'm sure...

Hubby will say he is going to make a meal, and then does not get it started early enough for when I need to eat. So I pulled out a dish of chicken fajita meat, that was ready to warm up in the microwave. I added extra peppers and...

Did you ever play that game “Would You Rather” when you were kids? For instance, someone says would you rather be a principal or a stay at home parent? Questions like that, and most are far fetched because it’s children asking the...

I wasn't sure what to expect from the day. However, I'm plesently surprised. So far George hasn't complained and the weather was plesent. The sun is in and out, and I closed my eyes for a little bit. Other than that... I think I'm...

I know this isn't an earth shattering subject, but have you ever tried chocolate covered peanut brittle?
I've had the regular kind, but chocolate covered is absolutely scrumptious.
We stopped the other day at a local peanut...

While in the Westonia Museum, I saw some saucepans with very long handles like the one in the left-hand image. I was wondering why the handles were so long but after seeing the open cooking range at Mangowine Homestead, I...

Obviously the answer is a combination of both would be ideal, but if you could only choose one, which would it be?
Case in point: Mother-in-law more than likely has dementia. We'll get the test results next week.
We've had to...

While we don't have the actual results yet and the doctor didn't share anything with us yet, the Mother-in-Law was talking about some of the things she had to do.
She thought there were only 48 states. She was asked to name as...
