~Got Some Good News!~

Yesterday I went to Dollar Tree for a couple of things (which ended up being more than a couple things, of course). Anyway, I come out and get back in the car to my husband having a weird look on his face. I said what is it? He showed me the screen-our tax refund was approved and we should be getting them in just a few days now! 
We HAVE to buy a vehicle with third row seating so we can go places as a family again. We also need a few furniture items, internet, laptop & desktop (for kids school work) and some smaller things too for the house.
It feels like we have been waiting forever for that to come in. Thank God just a few more days.

Awesome, I have to call our tax guy to get ours done. We had to wait for a few more things to come but I believe we are ready now.

@Scheng1 Were buying used everything so yeah it will be enough. =) We definitely can't afford a new vehicle or furniture but we always find nice things on Craigslist.

Congrats on getting approved for your return.
I would love to get a new dryer (and a couple of other things) with mine. But we'll not get to spend any of it on anything we need. It'll have to be set aside to pay bills that we can't affod to pay...(like our "affordable" health care.)

I haven't even filed our taxes yet. Hubby seems to have the refund already spent. Hopefully you'll find a decent vehicle to suit your needs and also the other items that you are seeking to acquire.

I remember when we added our fifth child...we suddenly needed a larger car. We purchased a shirt box passenger van. (Mini vans were just new). Since that time we have had four mini vans...even though it is just the two of us now, we needed tha mini van to transport my parents and their walkers.
