Another Glitch With the Move

I got a letter today from the housing department stating the paperwork I signed and gave them a week ago is insufficient. They need a copy signed by all parties including the bank. I just sent an e-mail to the loan company asking for a copy of the paperwork to be FedEx'd back to me so I can get this move going. Until they have the paperwork, I can't do anything. My hands are tied. So hopefully I'll have the paperwork by Thursday or the latest Friday since they overnight everything.
Once I take that in to Housing, everything will be good to go and I'll be able to move.
Nothing goes perfect, but it will still get taken care of.
In other news, I just got home from my brother's and have my inheritance to put in the bank tomorrow. We had two kinds of pizza and it wasn't a chain pizza. This was from a bar close to where my brother lives, made fresh and in a brick oven. It was heavenly! It was wonderful to spend time with my brother and sister-in-law as well as my sister and brother-in-law. The conversation was great as it spanned music from when we were young to the family reunion going to take place in just a couple weeks.
It's going to be a very busy few weeks for me with the move, family reunion, and a week later my class reunion. In the middle of all that somewhere I'll need to take a breath and relax.
And the good news beyond that is that I finally qualified for a survey on Swagbucks before I left for my brother's. It was a high point one too, which was great, so I don't need to try to get 1-3 points watching videos all night to try to get the first goal.
Today has been a good day, with only one glitch, but what would life be like without something not going right?

These letters shouldn't take long if everyone does their part. The pizza sure sounds delicious. We have a place here that is close, delivers and all but it is hard to get through to them to order. They are poplar and kept busy.

@DaddyEvil ....The best thing to do is make a home made one. They are your best bet when you don't have the specialty places near by.

I don't like to make pizzas, but Pretty made two Taco Pizzas a few days ago... They were very good!

Hopefully, that glitch with the housing department gets fixed. I love oven-baked pizzas. These pizzas are way tastier than the chain store made ones.

So many things have been happening with you lately! I'm happy to see most of the things were good, Valerie!
I am glad everything worked out with the inheritance. (I was afraid someone would try to uhm... mess things around a little bit on you... Thank goodness my suspicions were not realized! (Sorry for having the suspicions, in the first place, hon! I was just so afraid something would go wrong for you.

@responsiveme Yes, it sure is! I usually start my day with that attitude and see how many people I can "infect" before the end of my day! LOL!
No, I don't always make it through the whole day with that kind of attitude, but I sure try! (I do usually manage to infect several people here on myLot with that attitude before I "go home"! (grinning at you!)

@just4him I promise to look at your tornado post tomorrow. I should go to bed so that I can get up and wrestle with water hoses in the morning. You know, sometimes its good to know it is not just me that crave quit on. I got to the one stupid point and I'd have my second goal met!!!! Sally pup had to go out side right then. NO waiting. I got up and accidentally unplugged the computer. The cruddy battery quit. I had to reboot the entire computer and get the internet to work and finally that stupid one point could get done. Grumpier now though next month the extra points will make me smile.

Crave shut down tonight and I only had four points left to get for full goal. I finally got it with watch, but that also messed up on me, but at least I got three of the four I needed before it did. It keeps telling me I'm a bot. I don't know how to convince it I'm not. I found a free offer that had just one point and finally have the necessary points today.
As far as the move, everything is on schedule. I signed the lease today and have the keys. All the paperwork has been turned in and I have a housing inspection first thing Monday morning. So before I'm normally awake, I will be at the apartment waiting for them to show up. Then in the afternoon AT&T will be there to change over my Internet and phone. So things are progressing and my house looks like it. It looks like a tornado swept through it.

It was great pizza and spending time with my brother and sister is always a blessing. The family reunion is August 6 and the Class reunion is the 13th. I'm going to be busy. I could use some time in that pool of yours or was that pic taken elsewhere with you and your friends?

Since I get out of bed so early I find that is when I am more likely to qualify for a survey. I have passed the first goal and working toward the second. Food is ready for our evening meal and Laundry is washed and dried. I hope all those signatures, etc. get gathered up for you.

I know it's not denial. All's good. Still waiting on the packet from the loan company. Sent another e-mail to have them send it to me in e-mail so I can get it over to Housing and get the inspection done as soon as possible so I can get this move going.

@just4him the accreditors did not go to the ward where i was having my duty with 4 students yesterday my friend. so my day was not toxic as i expected it to be
