Hey everyone. I hope your all doing well. We are having a crazy cool storm here. We had lightning, thunder and hail. The lights flickered a few times and went out once for a few minutes.
I think it might be over now though...
The thunder sounds like it's moving out. Man, it was cool for a little bit!

I talked to my sister in law in Ocala today and she said it was oppressively hot. Here it was 61 degrees today so a little cool for the last week in May.

My flight back from New York City was delayed by 6 hours due to bad weather we had on Monday in the Big Apple. It got really cold, foggy and rainy! I wasn't prepared for the cold weather!

@moffittjc I'm sorry you delayed. Yeah I'm sure it is cold up there. I miss the cold weather in NY. The heat here kills me.
The storm we had was crazy and apparently there were some tornados here, but we didn't get one thank God!

@LovingMyBabies One of the first things I noticed when I got back to Florida was the humidity. Literally, as soon as I stepped off of the plane the humidity hit me like a hot wet blanket.

In Minnesota it felt a little chilly, but we have arrived home to summer, with temperatures in the 80 degree range predicted for today. I enjoy the constant change.

We had a thunderstorm last week and I slept well while it lasted. This week we are expecting rain all week long. Hopefully the weatherman is right and there will be breaks of sun.

The weather here was nice it rained at dinner time which sucked because we grilled out today with friends. Glad the storm is on the move now.

I'm getting a lot of rain in my state of NJ. Memorial Day was a washout. Real bummer for all the shorebirds who traveled south to the beaches here. Florida does get some wicked thunderstorms. Especially during the summer months. Lived in Fort Myers for a time and we would get nightly t-storms. DB
