Would The Horse Resort to Cereal Posting?

I recently read some posts from Coral and others objecting to cereal posting. My guess is that most cereal posters are newbies who don't know how this site works. Some will get with the program others will leave.
I thought I'd do a cereal post, as I've gotten away from having cereal for breakfast. It used to be my default, given that I often have to be at work early. But I just got tired of it.
This morning, I did have frosted mini-wheats (Trader Joe's version) for breakfast, and it was good. I gave in and bought some eggs yesterday, but wound up having scrambled eggs with cheese and onions for dinner last night. I couldn't wait.
Have you had certain foods that were a staple, and that you simply got tired of? Right now, both pasta with meat sauce and lox are on my "soon, but not yet" list. I May and try t get back into cereal for breakfast--at least for awhile.

Nope, not really, lol. Though do have to mix the meat up here and there from chicken to turkey, roast beef or meatloaf.

I dislike pasta and we usually only have it when we are low on other stuff. Rice is a staple we don't get tired of.

I loved cereal for breakfast as a child but haven't had any in years. I stick to eggs most mornings.

Not a cereal poster, I gave up cereal. I did this experiment and it changed my mind about cereal.
I went to Biloxi Ms. to work for a month, so I shut down my house, tossed out food I knew would be stale or ruined by time I got back. I left it all outside in piles for the wild animals, I do live in the woods.
When I got back can you guess what was left after a month? All the cereal. Not a coyote, possum, raccoon nor an ant touched the cereal! All the other foods were gone.
Oh that was back when we had a drought.
No more cereal for me, if wild starving animals wont eat it U figured I shouldnt either.

@andriaperry I put some challah (bread) on my balcony railing, and it was gobbed up. I don;t know who got it though. Squirrels? Birds?

@TheHorse I was never really a fan of shredded wheat cereal. But maybe I should try it again. Tastes can change. I have Kashi brand. My brother-in-law gave it to me.

I once got so tired of pizza that I avoided eating it for quite awhile.

I had eggs with vegetables every day for breakfast for like a year. I'm kind of off of them for now.
