What did you have for breakfast today? Mine rocked my world!

I had a strange night last night (see my previous post). But I got back to sleep and woke up at about 9 AM.
At about 10 AM, I put together my new "staple" breakfast, and it was absolutely delicious!
I fried two eggs on low heat (in a mixture of olive oil and unsalted butter), added green pepper, onion, salt, pepper, and Swiss cheese, and let the whole thing cook until there was just a little bit of "runny" egg left on top.
Then I went chop chop chop and blend blend blend and slid the whole thing onto a plate. It was kind of a cross between scrambled eggs and an omelette, and it was a taste sensation. I think I'm addicted.

I had my usual "brunch" staple. Bacon egg and cheddar on a toasted, all dressed bagel and a hot cup o' java.
I cant come to breakfast tomorrow unless you wanna pay my air fare.

It does look good. I diced up an onion, put a potato in the microwave, put a steak on the griddle and whisked three eggs while the onions and steak cooked, then added the egg mixture to the onions. Oh yeah, it was delicious.
