Anne had a surprise buyer

For maybe two years this art quilt, "Willamette Valley Harvest", has been hanging in a pain management clinic here in town. They get to decorate the walls with art quilts from Anne's group and sometimes someone buys one.
This woman, a patient at the clinic, had been looking at Anne's work for quite a while there and she decided to buy this one. She lives in the hills outside of town with a view of Sweet Cheeks Winery, so decided this would add to the ambience of her home. She called one day, Anne picked up the quilt and she came by yesterday with the cash.
We are going make some reservations on the Oregon coast soon.

@sallypup Yachats is our favorite spot to stay so close to the ocean. There is a great restaurant on the river in Florence and Newport, where the lighthouse on the point is, is wonderful too.

Congratulations and what a lovely quilt. I would buy as quilt myself as I need something to decorate my walls. I will be getting some posters.

I like posters too. I used to have some by Earl Newman. He did the Monterey Jazz Festival posters for many years.

It seems to be a growing thing here. They combine eastern practices as well as western medicines for pain control.

@changjiangzhibin89 I had not heard of moxibustion, but Anne has and may have tried it once. I know that they use acupuncture there.

Yes, I was really pleased that she got a sale. Her group is showing at a local brewery at Christmas time.
