Today roast pork is on my menu. My sister in law will be here soon and will be staying all afternoon. I decided that a roast pork would be good. They will be having an open-face pork sandwich with mash potatoes and gravy, plus squash with green peppers and onions on the side. As for me, I will have some roast pork with squash and a bit of salad. It sounds good to me. So, in a bit of a while I will be off of the computer. I hope everyone has a wonderful Saturday.

@HazySue That's good you don't miss them. I don't either. I haven't had a regular potato since August. Strictly sweet potatoes now.

I love my slow cooker. You can throw in all the food and leave it alone all day and end up with a wonderful dinner.

Oh my gosh sounds so good Susan. I am throwing ribs again into the instant pot..got a good deal on them at the beginning of the month..must be thrifty.

Roast pork is just the best isn't it? It's quite a cheap meal here too. There is always enough left over for us to have cold pork sandwiches for a lunch or two. Yum!
