Well, well, well, I have been conned

Yep, completely and totally conned. A few minutes ago a riot broke out in the bathroom. I hear all this really loud growling and hissing so naturally I went to see what's up. The sweet looking kitty above was pissed off at Meetzee who is a trickster and ambushed her while in the litter box .... all this time I thought Boobear was afraid of these two new members of my pack when all along she was simply pissed. I do feel silly having been conned these last couple years but now that I figured out what the deal is I'm not letting Boobear con me anymore plus now I will try to control Meetzee if that's even possible. I have seen that little monster give Max hell for no reason so now I am beginning to wonder. I think Meetzee has a sense of humor and Boobear doesn't get it, what do you think?

I think you are not likely to become bored with your critters keeping you on your toes.

I think cats all have their own distinct personalities and always think they are above us humans. Love the photo.

I like that name @JohnRoberts if I get another male pet I'm naming him Sid. Hmmm, maybe I should name any dog I get Sid, no one around here would know what my pup is

Your kitty has intense, character eyes. Ambushing a lady while she is in her boudoir, well, its quite unmannerly.

They can always surprise us. Our two male cats used to gang up on the female. Yet she was the only one who would stand her ground against the dog. The males would run and the dog would chase. When I had to leave them in a kennel, I said the female had to be in her own cage not to put her with the males. When we came to get them all three were cuddled up together and she said they spent the week like that. Back home they reverted to their regular behaviour. ???

That makes sense. When they were in a strange place they probably needed the comfort of familiarity.

@rebelann those 3 cats are from when my girls were kids. Now we just have one timid cat. He has us trained to dispense treats. He is working hard at getting more treats. But those treats are an addiction, so I won't budge. He sure can be annoying though.

Such a cute mix of personalities they have. Variety is what makes life interesting, even for cats.

Well, where I live it's rural so there are mice now and then which upon detection becomes the toy of the day ..... if I can I try to catch the damn thing by the tail and throw it out but they're so damn fast. I live in a mobile home on half an acre.

I don't know much about Houston but I imagine if you live in a rural area there are bound to be mice @cmoneyspinner

@rebelann - They are fast aren't they? I lived in some apartments in Miami, Florida. There was a field in the back of the apartments. All of the apartments got infested with field mice. It was awful! We had to put down glue traps in all the rooms. It was disgusting! I was glad when we moved out of those apartments. My friend and his wife owned a rental property and it became vacant so they let us rent the home for a year. It had no mice. Hallelujah! After that we moved to Houston, Texas.

I do not know, but the young cat of one of my neighbor always has to annoy the other young cat of another neighbor. This last one is sweet and peaceful. I hope that the other will calm down growing up.

So would I. I'm beginning to see that Meetzee has a good sense of humor, she loves to play even when no one plays with her and she loves to engage in a fake fight with Max now and then, I suppose she gets bored and wants his attention.

It can be when they're kittens. The problem with my pack is that all three kitties are over 12 years old and 2 of them were mom's cats which I brought home in 2016.

What do I think? You have a zoo, literally. I will say when Sneaky and Theus used to get their panties all in a bunch, watching the two of them go at it was a hoot.
