Chicken Noodles for Dinner

Sometimes a light dinner is called for. This is one of those nights. I have chicken ramen noodles cooking for dinner. It has been a good day. I got a lot done inside.
And I walked around some outside in the yard. The weather has been nice finally. Now hoping a good movie can be found to finish off the night.
Dinner plans anyone? I know some of you go out on Friday for dinner.
Whatever you do just make sure you enjoy. Life is too short to do otherwise.

I made low carb chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks. Pretty good, but needed more seasoning. Glad you had a good day, and chicken ramen sounds so good!

My dinner was pizza and lasagna. And I enjoyed them a lot because I ate them with my family.

@CarolDM Just pizza and lasagna isn't a lot. Wait till we have a proper one where we get to eat an entire meal course. We start with an appetiser, soup, and the main course which includes rice and several side dishes, and of course there's the dessert. That's actually our regular meal. Pizza and lasagna is when we want a quick and short meal.

You can do alot with Ramen noodles. I make mix n match skillet with Ramen noodles. 1 meat, 1 pasta, 1 vegetable, 1 soup. Bring to boil. Simmer 25 minutes. I simply nuke mine.

I picked up some Mexican food while I was in town Ole! The good thing was I ordered it off the lunch menu, although I didn;t pick it up until Dinnertime, I got charged for the lunch price!
