I wasn't scheduled to work at the preschool today, but I went over there to turn in my time card and hug all of my 2-year-olds goodbye.
I'm heading off to Montana for about 10 days, and wanted to get all of my ducks lined up before I leave.
While I was reading a book to one of my young friends, the Head Teacher asked me if I could "work" for an hour and a half, as someone had not shown up.
I had to get my car back to the fix-it place, but I said yes, and had big fun with my young friends.
So, including my MyLot earnings, I'll have an extra few bucks in the bank, which will go toward my road trip to Montana.

Don't say "wind" to someone who just had a colonoscopy. 
I came in third in the golf tournament this weekend. Gave most of my winnings to my brother for gas money and for him to get something to eat after he took me to the hospital for the procedure.

Hey, eat some Thai food, so you can at least revel the the joy of your own wind. Go to skyscrapers and indulge while in elevators and take secret videos of the reactions of those with you. God, I am evil. Don't tell @Vandana7, though. She thinks I'm an angel.

@andriaperry There has been a black bear up in our part of the Judith Mountains. I don't know if s/he has family. I'll keep my eyes open. And yes, I'll share.

@TheHorse I know how to feed myself in the Alabama wilderness, I bet Montana is another world and has no wild foods that I would know. However, I used to read all of Rex Trulove`s articles and he lives there, so I might find wild cranberries and wild cherries.. that is if one day I make it that way when I am traveling the USA in an RV.

@DianneN The guys at the fix-it place actually turned it off before I left. But now I'm leaking oil. Ah, the joys of owning an older vehicle. I could get a newer Xterra, but finding on with a clutch in the color I like would not be easy.
