Really sick of eggs these days

I had them almost every morning for breakfast for 2+ years. I'm over them. I've made scrambled eggs a few times so far this month and I could barely get them down. I made "egg muffins" with plenty of vegetables and they didn't do it for me either. . . even when I topped them with shredded cheese.
This week's breakfasts are going to be. . . bunless cheeseburgers! I bought very high quality pre-made patties (Pat LaFrieda) and can cook them pretty quickly in the morning before I have to get ready for work. I figure that they are a good source of protein that can substitute for eggs at least for a little while. The owner of my gym is always stressing the importance of eating lots of protein (and vegetables).
What do you usually have for breakfast?

I don't like eggs that much either, and I definitely get tired of them pretty quickly.
I don't always eat breakfast, but it varies. I've been eating oatmeal or Nature's Path Cereals here lately though.

@NJChicaa Have you ever had the overnight oats? I thought about trying one of those once.

While I was working, pastries and coffee were always my morning meal. Now I'm diabetic, so it's oatmeal or cold cereal, and occasionally eggs with cheese or meat. I also love toast with cheese, first thing in the morning. I always have some coffee, that's a must!

@NJChicaa I feel awful, if I don't have at least one cup of coffee in the morning.

If I eat breakfast, which I rarely do, it USUALLY has something to do with eggs. But anything overdone can get old real fast so I get it. That all being said, a cheeseburger for breakfast sounds awesome. Can you go wrong with a cheeseburger any time? Maybe a cheeseburger with egg on it?

usually just coffee and bread. what i don't feel like eating lately is rice. being filipino, we eat it for lunch and dinner, but i'd rather have bread with egg or tuna or peanut butter if we have it. an egg muffin with lots of veggies topped with cheese sounds so good!

It depends on the hens whether I have eggs. Probably too often for us we have eggs and toast and fruit for breakfast. Cold cereal is so loaded with sugar and doesn't fill a person up for long. Sometimes if we have leftover rice and such we'll stir an egg into that and scramble it. Must have that fruit.

I am with you on eggs. But I can say I did not eat them that long. I dont have the usual breakfast foods. this morning it was cucumber, corn with basil and mint and EVOOL and lemon. I have been known to eat chili or soup for breakfast.

when i'm by myself, i usually skip breakfast because i'm not that hungry, i sometimes eat cereal during the day.
when i'm with my brother, he always asks me to make eggs, because he likes how i make them. this morning we had breaded eggplants and it was really good.

@NJChicaa i don't know if you've ever tried breaded eggplants but it's really good. even my brother (who doesn't eat vegetables) likes to eat them that way.

I usually have Weetabix, cheese on toast or fish on toast for breakfast. I like eggs but I don't often think of making them (and prefer to have something I can do quickly). Other people don't like me eating eggs because, without being too crude, they play havoc with my digestive system!
I did have eggs for breakfast at the weekend as my partner and I went out for breakfast at a local cafe. It's only round the corner from me but this was the first time we'd been.

I have been eating eggs for breakfast most days of the week for a very long time. Really love eggs and don't grow tired of them. However, it's probably not good to eat a lot of eggs.

I was eating lots of eggs when I started going low carb and got burnt out on them too....I can only eat them certain ways now. I usually don't eat till noon or later so just skip breakfast.
