What are you up to on this extremely foggy Friday?

Yesterday, it his 70 F here in the Bay Area. I put my shorts on when I went to do laundry, and will probably wear them today.
The fog has rolled in from the East, a different kind of fog than when comes in over the Bay. I'm heading off to work for a few hours.
I think our autistic four-year-old girl will be there today. I hope the other teachers give her some space to explore the environment today, but I'm not holding my breath.
What's up in your neck of the woods?
Picture is of the San Francisco Bay Bridge on a clear day.

@vandana7 — 5’4” is my height in American measurements (feet and inches). My aunt’s comment is that is how high they can stack sh*t.

I like to get simple stuff done (like laundry, which I did yesterday) on days when I feel "blah." Today, I felt pretty good when I woke up. I worked for a few hours (the autistic girl slept), and now the sun has broken through the fog.

Snow is up in this neck of the woods...But it might get warmer and turn to freezing rain, so things are looking up!

@DocAndersen
That means the capital area has turned into a quite of high security fort? Well sounds a lot like what we have in New Delhi, the Indian capital, though the numbers are even bigger.

Why didn't you post a picture of the fog? Or is it your own personal mental fog?
There was a vague light orb in the sky when I looked out the kitchen window just before lunch.

@TheHorse It didn't stick around very long and was soon covered over with a thick blanket of clouds.

On Thursday morning, I did drive in foggy conditions with car heater on and lights on. Thankfully sunshine came and fog lessened and subsequently went away.
I do remember some winter days in previous years when I had to drive in continuous fog which can be a big challenge.
I remember taking a cab in England years ago on a very cold December night and once the driver needed to back from somewhere. I do not know how he did that in such a less visibility.
Did you also had to drive in a dense fog condition?

@TheHorse
So is it unavoidable for you to drive during foggy nights?

Ohhh, that Bay Area fog . . . but I love that. Here it is going to be almost 90, it's super windy and dry. I'm on myLot while kids are in virtual class . . . but I really do have a lot of food cleaning and organizing to do since I went out grocery shopping yesterday.

@TheHorse It's a country and western singer who does an act with horses and dogs as well. Here's a link to him:
To celebrate the release of his fourth album We're Still Here, Tom Curtain will again be hitting the road with the horses and dogs of Katherine Outback Experience and special guests, touring through QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and NT from Nov 2019 to Mar 2020

Our Friday was more frosty than foggy. The wind was brutal. We worked with the kids that were there and worked on clearing things out from the teacher who is resigning.

It's a rainy cold winter day in my part of Pennsylvania. Nothing much planned but I'm making a pot of pea soup for dinner
Such a beautiful picture of the San Francisco Bay bridge

Great picture. We had a lot of experience with fog when we toured the west coast. Nothing shaking here in cold Ohio. 70 degrees? I'm jealous.

It started snowing today, about 2-3" but it will not last, tomorrow temps go up above zero again, so it will be very wet and muddy again. I brought my sheep two hay bales and they loved it. It smells very much like spring and summer in the barn. Then I worked on the computer on my nieces digital art to make them suitable for printing them on the products in my Zazzle store. I can put them on cards, or bags or several other products. Then I baked some minced meat and peeled potatoes and cleaned the Brussel sprouts, which my hubby will cook in the pressure cooker. So now it's about time to have dinner and watch some news and CNN. It's 6.30pm overhere.
