It's snowing again!

Our low here has been above 0 C for a couple of weeks. I thought we were done with snow, finally.

@DaddyEvil I hope, I really hope, not to see the snow back, our trees are in full bloom.

@LadyDuck That's beautiful! Pretty and I walked to the end of our back yard yesterday and saw some of the trees are budding out now. I was wearing shorts and sandals then... And now it's below freezing. I hate Missouri weather.

@DaddyEvil That is quite a switch in weather! But it seems you're ready - you're already wearing shorts and sandals .

I'm hoping it won't get deep enough to play in. We're supposed to be back up to 50F tomorrow.

@DaddyEvil It stopped here for a few days but supposed to start again today.

It's pouring again here, too.

@stephcjh We've had some sun but not full days of it. It's been raining here almost ever day.

@DaddyEvil Hell yeah! i think that would be really awesome. How i wish theres no pandemic going on so that we can basically plan something like that can i be your friend too?

@setsuna26 Of course you can! I like everybody so everybody will be invited when the pandemic is over!

A lot of the people I know in the Philippines have suggested they'd like to visit me so they could play in the snow here. I guess I could have a house party and invite all of you to come at one time so there'd be plenty of people to enjoy the snow with.

@DaddyEvil Maybe. And we could do that here. Pre-pandemic, during the Christmas season, we could play in an artificial snow.

@toniganzon How weird is that? I like playing in the first or even the second snow of the year, but am very tired of it after that. And I can't imagine going somewhere to play in artificial snow.

I'd bet you and Craig would love to play in the snow for a little while, though. Until you started getting too cold, at least.

Yeah, I've taken pictures every time it snowed here. Sometimes of my car buried in snow and sometimes out my back door or front door. I wish the temp would quit jumping from freezing to 70 F or more. Just pick a temp and stay there!

It is still chilly here. The high for today is only supposed to reach 13 C today. And pouring rain now.

@DaddyEvil I have not experienced playing in the snow. I wonder how it feels -- I saw photos of my cousin's kids playing in the snow and it looks amazing.

@jobelbojel It can be so much fun! But it can be very cold, too. If the snow is deep, you can't drive until you clean the snow off your vehicle and off the road. That happened here this last winter. The snow was 20 cm deep and piled up deeper than that on our front porch. It took my daughter and I both pushing the front door to get the snow to move enough to open it. I took a picture. Have you ever played in the snow? (I know some there say it is too hot to snow.)

@DaddyEvil No, not really. I got out of the car long enough to pick up a handful but we weren't dressed for the cold so we got back in the car. lol

@paigea We've got more storms coming in Saturday and Sunday. But the temps are supposed to be higher then, at least.

It wasn't bad when I got up this morning. Around 4C.Now it's 10C. Tonight we have a freeze warning... the temp is supposed to be 0C. I'm just glad it isn't supposed to rain or snow tonight.

We were getting hail around midnight. Now it is pouring rain again.

Yeah, it melted off the same day, so it was fine.

@DocAndersen We had snow in May in 2013 but that was really unusual.

You know this discussion was almost two years ago, right? I don't deal with snow anymore. I don't have to go anywhere so can simply stay in the house and wait for Mother Nature to take care of the snow in her own time. (Pretty gets mad that I won't shovel the driveway and take her to the store when she runs out of Little Debbies but I don't care... It's good for her to have to wait to go places when I don't also need to go.)

@TheHorse I don't "let" her do anything. She's 34 and makes her own choices. I used to hit up old posts and called it "making zombies walk". I had a lot of fun until a couple of people blocked me for going onto their old discussions.

Yes, we are getting a lot more rain now. I'd like to see some nice days for a little while, then it could rain again if it wants. You take care and keep safe, too.

@Hannihar We have gotten snow in the first part of May before, but that's really unusual. Normally we are into Spring now.

Yes, it was time for warm cocoa. It looks like we will continue the colder weather for another week. It is pouring rain again now.

@oahuwriter The ground here is saturated so the rain is running off. I hope you escape problems.

@DaddyEvil Hoping it's all beneficial. We're still a disaster area. Fortunately, where I live, thank God, we're unscaved. Bracing for a fast moving rainy system heading our way again for a couple of days.
