I can trouble a psychologist with my selection of slides...does that count? It should. Ok..seriously...I learned TODAY that can't and cannot can be used interchangeably without grammar brigade giving me the stare. Then when to use question mark at the end of the sentence...when there is a question word. Such things..I learned today. I am still not sure, of course. But I am a slow learner.

Why can "can't and "cannot" not be used interchangeably? To me, cannot is slightly more "formal."

Well I just learnt from your post that cats are not pets. So which place is it? . Few other things are That there is a place in Japan where the sand is star shaped, Cactus plants bear fruits which are edible. And lots of petlovers on mylot..... Yesss forgot to mention @vandana7 is a vampire queen who sucks blood @DaddyEvil is the biggest contributor to increase your pennies on mylot. He has loads to share

I've learned that myLotters can be some of the nicest people on the planet... and @vandana7 the most infuriating.

Let me think... I've found I can infect people with the myLot crazy virus and with just a bit of encouragement they will rampage through discussions leaving a shambles behind. (There are three different discussions that are ongoing and quite fun to be in.) I've learned that Indians will eat okra.

And that poor George is thoroughly misunderstood by his human. (She doesn't like him taking selfies...)

@wolfgirl569 I don't see how either of those things are a fault with George. Is it his fault if the fences aren't up to his standards? And he's seen you taking pictures... is it his fault if "his" camera isn't made quite right for him to use it properly?

@DaddyEvil It is his fault that he wants the grass on the other side of the fence. It is his fault when he pulls the camera down breaking the strap. I dont do either one of those

I’ve learned you’re nuts and Vanny’s a vampire. I already knew I was nuts, but it’s just confirmed here.

I love @Dena91 ‘s history lessons with the series about the signers of the Declaration of Independence, the current thing about mysteries in the US, and other things. And, of course, I like to impart a little musical knowledge. Sometimes very little……

I learned that words like "comfortable" and "luxury" mean different things in different places. Back in 2006 MyLot, the traffic was incredible. I learned so much about people from far away lands. I met people that would routinely trek to get water for their home. I complained that it took too long to get hot water from my tap. That stuck with me. I have learned many things about other places and people but always think about that one discussion so many years ago. People will complain about a hole in their shoes until they meet a man with no feet.

I have learned things about other countries. Like the roos you mentioned. I have learned that DaddyEvil gives my horse too much credit for being a good boy. It is quite a haven & safe place to drop by & catch up with friends even when you have been busy for a while. It is like never having been away. Fortunately l have not encountered bullying or nasty people perhaps l have been lucky but l would soon take someone to task if l did see that. I love to read peoples news & whats going on in different parts of the world from the USA, Germany, India, Australia, Switzerland, Italy, Chile, Croatia, the Philippines China & so many countries l may have missed out. It is always a pleasure & never a chore!

Let's see, Teach: some folks here like dogs. Some like cats and some don't care for either at their dinner table or on their plate. Some folks here don't like snakes and some don't like spiders. Some do. Some folks would love to dance with birds, of whatever stripe of feather the world provides. Some folks like to play with little kids but are law abiding people. Some folks can take a joke and others don't get what I say or try to say. Most folks here are tolerant of me and I appreciate that. Most folks here are not into poetry. That's a start, anyway.

I got to know that DE sings(more like screaming) in sleep and crazy chief spend his millions on throwing parties for mylot members....which he earned here..

Vampire queen @vandana7 donot kill her prey...she tortures them everyday...but I still admire her for her intelligence

I agree with a lot of what you wrote. I've learned a lot about different kinds of music, trivia about a million different subjects, that people have problems just like I do; and you can have a ton of great online friends. Oh yeah, and some of your online friends are really talented. :-)
